In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. From 1999 to 2000 he completed the School of German Law at University of Gdańsk. In 2000-2001 as a scholar of the Law Centre for European and International Cooperation in Cologne (Rechtszentrum für europäische und internationale Zusammenarbeit - R.I.Z. Köln) he completed an internship at the University of Cologne. In 2005 he apprenticed a solicitor’s pupillage in the District Bar Council in Gdańsk and in the same year he became a partner.
He is an author of many scientific publications concerning the legal security of personal rights. He specialises in civil law, press law and copyright, in particular compensatory issues.
He speaks German fluently.

She also has strong experience in family law and inheritance law. She frequently attends legal examination committees of the 1st and 2nd degree.

He began practice as a solicitor in 2006 – first in the private office and since 2019 he has been a partner in the law firm Kowalski – Obidzińska – Jackiewicz. Since 2016 he has been an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the District Bar Council in Gdańsk. He specialises in commercial and civil law – in particular construction law. He also has strong experience in legal service for entrepreneurs, notably for commercial companies.
